For participants
If you are even thinking about reaching out — you have already taken the hardest step
Admitting you need help takes more courage than it seems. From here, we walk together.
How the first step works
Book
Pick a convenient time in the calendar. No questionnaire — just a name and contact so a mentor can reach you.
Talk
A mentor calmly listens to your situation, answers your questions and explains how the program works. Share as much as you are ready to.
Next step
If it feels right, you can send a request to join. If not — you owe nothing and lose nothing.
You do not need to
- Tell everything at once — say as much as you are ready to.
- Be a believer — the first talk is simply about you and your situation.
- Decide right now — the 15-minute call commits you to nothing.
- Fear judgment — the mentor has been through this themselves.
Confidentiality
Everything you share stays strictly between you and your mentor. We never sell, publish, or pass your personal data to third parties. The only exception is where the law directly requires it, or where there is an imminent risk to life. In every other case, your story stays yours alone.
What if I am not religious?
If you do not consider yourself a believer — that is okay. Many participants started exactly there. Faith is not a requirement to begin. We start with an honest conversation, not with questions about religion.
I came without any belief that something would come of it. Today I have a completely different life.
